We offer a number of different internships for high school and college students throughout the year, especially during our busy summer season. Interns get real, hands-on experience in an urban ministry setting as a way to build their resume and further their call in worship, children’s, youth, preaching and other ministry areas.

Johnson High School INternship

If you’re a student at Johnson and you need internship or community service hours, please contact us by filling out this Google form.

We have opportunities for you to serve with our staff during our weekly summer Block Parties and to help manage our refugee gardens.

We are glad you’re interested in serving alongside us!

Summer Urban Ministry Internship

If you’re a college student looking for an urban ministry internship, we have a great program for you.

The internship lasts 12 weeks, beginning in late May through August, includes housing and meals. This is a terrific opportunity to learn more about a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, widely diverse neighborhood and how to better understand Mosaic’s model of engaging strangers, inviting them to be guests and equipping them to be hosts.

You’ll work alongside staff, volunteers, mission teams — and make plenty of lifelong friends in the process.
