Jeff O’Rourke, Lead Pastor

Hi, my name is Jeff O’Rourke and I’m the Lead Pastor at Mosaic Christian Community in St. Paul. I’m blessed to be married to my beautiful and talented wife, Jessica, for the past 11 years. We have three handsome boys who are energetic and 100% boy, just like young boys are supposed to be. If they want to share something with you, it’s probably a booger.

In 2012 our family was called into multi-ethnic missional ministry. This ministry has proven to be one of the greatest adventures of our lives.

We enjoy swimming, Nerf wars, and board games with friends. My wife and I are fond of snuggling on the couch to watch a movie, or exploring a new part of St. Paul or Minneapolis. We absolutely love living in the Twin Cities, where we have discovered that within their borders, you can pretty much see the entire world. God is up to something here, and we are humbled to be a part of His plan.

Jeff Suos, Nexgen Pastor

I have been married to my lovely wife Jourdan Suos since August 2013. I graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with an undergrad in Intercultural Studies with a focus in Sociology and Social Justice. I grew up in the Twin Cities but was born in KC and spent my summers and college career there. This explains why I am a diehard fan of the KC Chiefs, KC royals, Minnesota Timberwolves, and the Twins. I love riding my bike, getting coffee, listening to music, traveling with my wife, playing disc golf or ultimate Frisbee.

My passion is to bring people together. It’s the relationships that don’t make sense that I find incredibly beautiful. With the demographic of St Paul, we have the ability to create something amazing and unique!

Jourdan Suos, Connections Pastor

I grew up in a small town in central Minnesota. I graduated in 2012 with a degree in Youth and Family Ministry from MidAmerica Nazarene University. In August of 2013 I married the love of my life and have been on an amazing adventure doing the things we love ever since: traveling, exploring St. Paul, and taking up new hobbies like bicycling and gardening. We have one son who has changed our world for the absolute better!  We love experiencing all of his firsts with him and being his parents.

I love creating space for people to come together and meet their neighbors, be it through community events, worship, or having a meal around the dining room table.

Ricky Campbell, Communications and Education Pastor

My wife, Meredith, and I moved to the East Side in 2016 after falling in love with Mosaic's mission and the community at large. Originally from Nevada, I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a degree in journalism and political science and then moved to Connecticut for a career in the newspaper industry.

My work at Mosaic is simple: Ask a ton of questions and relay the stories of both individuals and the collective to our community, and foster conversations that teach people about Jesus. I also have a heart for Christlike, love-driven social action to make this beautiful piece of creation even better for its beautiful inhabitants.

Besides asking, "Why?" more than a 3-year-old, my favorite activities include dragging my wife, our two daughters and our Spanish-speaking dog, Carlos, on hiking and camping adventures throughout Minnesota, watching hockey, drinking good coffee and nerding out over layperson theology.

Rachel Kunjummen, NexGen Kids

Rachel's passion is working with Children and their families. She is partnering with Pastor Jeffrey Suos in NextGen, teaching the kids on Sunday mornings. She, her husband Kunji, and son Jace are so glad to be part of such a beautiful and diverse community!

Nate Siems, Small Groups Pastor

I moved to Minneapolis in May 2018 with my wife, Chesney, for her surgical residency at the University of Minnesota. I was born and raised in Oklahoma and met Chesney at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma, where I earned a degree in Theology. After moving to Minneapolis, we were fortunate to stumble across Mosaic Christian Community and have loved being part of its diverse and loving community. Chesney and I are avid world travelers and love to explore the outdoors. I personally enjoy doing CrossFit/Olympic weightlifting, coaching CrossFit, listening to movie soundtracks, watching movies, drinking espresso, fat biking, and reading books with my cat Maxx in my lap.

My passion is to build strong relationships and community that resemble the love of Jesus Christ. This can take on many different forms and I believe that is how Jesus intended it. My role at Mosaic is to work with the various small groups to help them facilitate ways to create personal and community growth.
